Stunning and incredible location very close to beach, pools, bar and grill, staff of bar and grill as well as security staff, many restaurants and bars, and surrounding activities and shopping, and the room was huge.

Everything was nice, I liked a nice size rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly to chat with. It was located in a very very nice area close to everything.

The beach view and sound from our room were amazing. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves crashing and being able to see the beautiful beach right from our balcony. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and pools. Additionally, the staff at the bar and grill were friendly and provided excellent service.

Our unit was a disappointment. The room itself was filthy, with stains on the bedding that should have been replaced.

The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the beach and a convenient location in PCB. The rooms offer stunning views of the ocean, allowing guests to wake up and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. The pool area is well-maintained and provides a great space to relax and unwind.

There were some minor maintenance issues with the rooms, such as broken furniture and appliances.

Liked marvellous location, close to city center. Surrounding of the apartment was great.

My husband and I visited Long Beach Resort for our honeymoon in September. We were a little nervous about the room after reading bad reviews, but our 12th-floor one-bedroom was amazing! The view was breathtaking, and the room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the ocean view was incredible. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect, with a small selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

It was comfortable and clean.the pools are beautiful as well as beautiful beach view. Would definatly stay again. A plesant suprise not far from home in Alabama.

The pool was excellent. It was very close tithe beach. The balcony view was great.

Our room was run down. There weren't enough towels. There wasn't enough dish washing soap. The shower was filthy. Rust covered the door, and refridgerater. Several lights did not work.

The room was a good size and decorated nicely, with a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service. The pools and spa area were enjoyable, and the location was convenient. The beach was clean and easily accessible.

Maintenance on the unit could have been better, with some walls needing repainting and old wallpaper needing removal. The couch had a stain, and the entertainment center was too small for the TV.

We had a great time! Beautiful views and plenty of space in room! Only negative was the pools were very cold and it was June, but overall a great place to stay! Would stay again!

My stay at the Long Beach Resort was a very pleasant experience, the accomedations were very good, also it is right on the beach so you don't have to go far just right out the door. I didn't have any complaints the staff I talked to were very courteous and helpful. I would stay there again and reccomend it to other people.

The staff at Long Beach Resort was amazing, especially Randy and Ronald Young! The location was perfect, with beautiful pools and quick elevator service. The balcony view was unbelievably awesome. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary without any problems. The beach was clean and the customer service was excellent.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.
